The last few weeks have been just wonderful! As far as I know, the wedding went off without a hitch. It was HOT, but fun. I am a little bitter about the melted silly string on my dash, though. The criminal should be prepared for retaliation!

The honeymoon was great. We had some very friendly construction workers who were willing to give us a wake-up call every morning... how sweet.

When we came home, I found out that I'm not teaching Honors English next year, and I'm okay with that. Instead I'm teaching journalism, creative writing, and the literary magazine. Plus, I'm helping with the yearbook. I love that I have classes that don't include a high-stakes standardized test at the end of the year. The key word for this year is FUN!

Otherwise, married life is wonderful! I absolutely love it! We have most of our apartment organized and as of this week, I think we're finally getting some sleep, though there's a king size bed in our distant future. :)
